Vehicle Activity Exception Reporting
IntelliTrac has developed flexible reporting to comply with most Utilities requirements in Asia Pacific. The reporting includes flexible tolerances when reporting on the following events:

Fuel Level Monitoring
Our range of fuel tank level sensors as well as existing vehicle, plant & equipment fuel level sensors may be integrated into the IntelliTrac Elite range of products to monitor fuel tank levels.
IntelliTrac's advanced software is able to monitor & alert on fuel tank levels and calculate approximate fuel usage per hour or per km travelled as well as monitor for detections in rapid fuel level drops indicating fuel theft.

FBT eLogbook Telematics Console
FBT Electronic logbooks are made easy with IntelliTrac's FBT Electronic Logbook module. This module is suited to organisations where employees are not provided company mobile phones or tablets. Employees simply present their ID Cards to the embedded Driver RFID Reader & select their trip purpose using a rotary dial
This method is ATO (Australian Taxation Office) approved with a class ruling, and is used seamlessly by many organisations.
Drivers have the ability to log into the IntelliTrac Hawk Web or Smartphone app to edit trip type and purpose at any time.

IntelliTrac FBT elogbook apps make day to day recording of trips a breeze. The app seamlessly connects to the vehicle employees are driving and automatically reads data from the GPS tracking telematics device to automatically populate driver information, date and time of travel, origin and destination points and odometer readings. At the same time it prompts drivers to enter trip purpose at the start of each trip.

Fuel Tax Credits
Australian Utilities Organisations can claim fuel tax credits of approximately 41.8 cents per litre for liquid fuels used by motor vehicles, plant & equipment when they are not travelling on public roads, plus up to 16 cents per litre for liquid fuels used in heavy vehicles when travelling on public roads.
The IntelliTrac Elite GPS Telematics Device forms the basis of this report due to its high end features and accuracy in reporting GPS and Engine Management data as well as being able to interface into auxilliary engines and PTO's where fuel used in these is eligable for 100% rebate in most cases.
It is also important to note that any fuel used in the maintenance of a public road is also claimable. Therefore being able to report on PTO activations in vehicles such as street sweepers, graders, rollers and flocons is also advantageous.
