GPS Tracking Fuel Management Solutions
IntelliTrac provides a number of fuel management solutions combining "in vehicle" sensors and software. Solutions range from engine management based fuel consumption reporting, fuel tank level reporting as well as fuel card usage reporting.
IntelliTrac is able to provide exception reporting and alerts to show where fuel tank levels have fallen in a short period of time, indicating fuel theft, right through to fuel card usage not matching allocated vehicle type, location and time.

Engine Management Fuel Data
IntelliTrac Elite is the 4th generation flagship telematics device by IntelliTrac. With cutting edge technology & functionality, the Elite sets the benchmark in the industry with functionality, scaleability & flexibility well beyond any other product in the market.
When combined with IntelliTrac's IT300 UDI OBDII Interface or CanBus Interface, the Elite Telematics Device will provide accurate instantaneous fuel consumption data as well as in some cases fuel tank level data, which can be processed to provide fuel used for each trip and average fuel consumption based on litres/100km or litres/hour over a period of time.

Fuel Level Sensors
The Fuel Level Capacitance Level Sensor is used to continuously detect fuel level by measuring the capacitance variation as the level changes. It is ideally suited for anti-siphon, fuel-theft detection, and fleet management applications. The CLS should NOT be used for measuring water level, or levels of other conductive solutions.

Fuel Level Software
Our range of fuel tank level sensors as well as existing vehicle, plant & equipment fuel level sensors may be integrated into the IntelliTrac Elite range of products to monitor fuel tank levels.
IntelliTrac's advanced software is able to monitor & alert on fuel tank levels and calculate approximate fuel usage per hour or per km travelled as well as monitor for detections in rapid fuel level drops indicating fuel theft.

Fuel Level Analysis
Data Analytics tools are also available to monitor fuel tank levels, flow meters and other connected peripherals in up to 4 tanks utilising 1 IntelliTrac Elite GPS Tracking &Telematics Device.
IntelliTrac's Fueling Software modules provide the following functionality based on CanBus/OBDII data where available or via estimation algorithms where entry level or mid range telematics hardware is installed within vehicles:
- Fuel Used Per Trip
- Fuel Used Per Period (eg:- Month)
- Average Fuel Consumption l/100km or l/hr per trip
- Average Fuel Consumption l/100km or l/hr per Period (eg: Day, Week, Month)
- Instantaneous fuel consumption (Requires OBDII/CanBus)
- Fuel Consumption Trends Per Vehicle
- Fuel Consumption Trends Per Fleet/Department/Cost Centre
Fueling Reports
Most fleet managers will relate with the frustration of correcting inaccurate odometer readings provided to service station attendants when fuel cards are used by employees.
IntelliTrac has solved this issue by mapping all refueling stations in Asia Pacific and as a result is able to generate reporting based on each time a vehicle stops for fueling.
Our Reporting provides the following data
- Date, time and location of each fuel stop
- The brand of fuel purchased
- The GPS odometer reading

Vehicle Data
IntelliTrac's Vehicle Data Tables allow the software suite to provide exceptions to fuel card usage, by comparing fuel type purchased and quantaties purchased to the vehicle being GPS Tracked at the fueling location.
The data also allows the estimation of fuel consumption based on manufacturers' recommended fuel consumption data for city and highway use.
